WARNING

To ensure proper operation of the Nissan Frontier Advanced Air Bag System, observe the following precautions:

• Do not allow rear passengers to push or pull on the seatback pocket or head restraint.
• Do not place heavy items exceeding 9.1 lbs. (4 kg) on the seatback, head restraint, or inside the seatback pocket.

The Nissan Frontier features under-seat storage bins designed to securely store tools, equipment, or personal items out of sight while maximizing interior space.

WARNING

• Always secure cargo using straps or ropes in the Nissan Frontier to prevent shifting during sudden braking or collisions.
• Do not exceed the specified weight limits for the storage bins:
  King Cab model: 16 lbs. (7.25 kg)
  Crew Cab model:
  Driver's side: 16 lbs. (7.25 kg)
  Passenger's side: 25 lbs. (11.33 kg)
• If the storage bins are removed, store them securely to prevent injury or damage in the event of sudden movement.
• Avoid placing sharp or hazardous objects in the Nissan Frontier storage bins, as they may become dangerous during driving or impact.

To remove the under-seat storage bins:

1. Rotate the knobs to the UNLOCK position 2.

2. Remove the tray (if equipped) by lifting it out of the storage bin (King Cab model).

To reinstall the storage bins in the Nissan Frontier:

1. Align the storage bin with the mounting holes in the floor.

2. Insert the knobs and turn them to the LOCK position 1 to secure the bin.

WARNING

Do not place sharp or loose objects in the trays, as they may cause injury during sudden stops or collisions.

Glove box

To open the glove box in the Nissan Frontier, pull the handle. Some models may include a lockable feature using a mechanical key.

Always keep the glove box closed while driving to prevent injury during sudden stops or accidents.

Console box

Lift the lever 1 to open the console box lid 2 in the Nissan Frontier. This compartment provides additional storage for personal items.

Overhead sunglasses storage

To open the sunglasses holder in the Nissan Frontier, press and release the compartment. It is designed to hold one pair of sunglasses securely.

WARNING

Keep the sunglasses holder closed while driving to avoid obstructing the driver’s view and to reduce the risk of accidents.

CAUTION

• Use the holder only for storing sunglasses.
• Do not leave sunglasses inside when the Nissan Frontier is parked in direct sunlight, as excessive heat may damage them.

Do not exceed 33 lbs. (15 kg) of load on the coat hook in the Nissan Frontier to prevent damage or detachment.

• Secure all cargo firmly to prevent shifting during travel.
